Payment Policy

All services require full payment at the time of booking. This includes private sessions, public classes, intensives, workshops, and virtual services. Full payment secures your scheduled time, instructor preparation, and studio space.

Payment plans are available only for enrollment-based programs and 1:1 session packages and must be approved in advance.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All services, classes, sessions, and enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed, payment cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred to another individual or service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

• Missed classes or no-shows are not eligible for makeup sessions or credits.

Enrollment Programs

Enrollment programs operate on a structured curriculum. Monthly tuition is due regardless of attendance to maintain a student’s spot in the program.

Class Readiness & Conduct

Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and dressed according to class requirements. Disruptive behavior, repeated lateness, or lack of preparedness may result in dismissal from class without refund.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a professional learning environment:

• Parents and guests may be asked to wait outside the training area

• Phones and recording devices are restricted unless permission is granted

• Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students is required at all times

Late Arrival Policy

To maintain a professional learning environment and respect the time of all clients, a 10-15-minute grace period is extended for all scheduled classes, sessions, and appointments. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited with no refund or reschedule. This policy ensures consistency, structure, and fairness for all participants.
