All Ages Should Be Professionally Behaved. If Otherwise, During Day Of Class/Practice Client(s) Will Be Asked To Exit/Parent Will Be Contacted For Pick Up And You/Parent Will Be Contacted On The Next Business Day By Team With Further Steps.
All Sales Made To Diva Davanna LLC Are Final. We Do Not Provide Refunds After A Purchase Has Been Made. This Applies To Both Products And Services Offered By Diva Davanna LLC Made By Client(s). All Classes/Sessions/Deposits Are Non-Refundable And Non-Transferable. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session, and no refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
School Attire Is Mandatory And Must Be Appropriate And Worn Each Class/Practice Only If Student Is Enrolled With DDS.
Late Policy:
Clients have a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will result in the session being canceled and forfeited with no refund or reschedule.
If Client(s) Will Miss 2 Or More Classes Throughout Enrolled Month, Client(s) Must Advise At Least 2 Weeks In Advance.
Rescheduling Policy:
Diva Davanna Runway classes cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session. All reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
